Currently we are searching for a Call center supervisor for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are managed, resolved and closed within SLA.
- Improvement in the relationship between the customer and the call center through the contribution to and alignment of CRM strategies, policies and procedures and the implementation thereof.
- Identify and analyze performance and operational data.
- Successful implementation of new areas of support or products or new services.
- Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals.
- Monitors random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track performance.
- Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth.
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures.
Requirements of this Post:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as call center supervisor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of dialer systems and CRM is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
