An exciting opportunity exists within Vector Logistics for a Claims Clerk. The positions will be based at our offices in Bedfordview, and will report to the Credit Manager. The successful incumbent will be required to effectively process claims accurately and promptly.
Claims Processing: – Receive claims documentation in a compliant and timely manner. – Ensure compliance with established procedures and Company standards to maintain effective administration of the claims process. – Administer all paperwork as per defined procedures. – Maintain timely input to SAP and ensure accurate claim transaction records. – Work in conjunction with the Claims Coordinator to action valid deals on the prepared pricing cover sheet and return to the Credit Supervisor. – Process pricing claims and credits on a daily basis. – Process all price claims on a monthly basis. – Administer all paperwork relating to department journals. Information and Data Management: – Accurately and regularly capture data into the information system to enable access to reliable data and reporting for trend analysis and decision making. Ad hoc Administration: – File and safeguard records within the area of responsibility. – Compile ad hoc spreadsheets.
– Matric – Relevant SAP and Excel experience – 1 years’ relevant experience in a credit/claims environment, preferably within FMCG and Shoprite.
