All first year students are required to register in the academic programmes they have been admitted to.
Those wishing to transfer from one academic programme to another will be allowed only where the student has higher points than the cut off point for the academic programme for which transfer is being sought, and a vacancy exists in that programme.
So If you are not yet registered make sure you complete Registration processes so as you can able to do internal transfer from one Programme to another for the current academic year.

What are the procedures to changing of Courses or Qualification at Chipata College of Education
Step 1
Get the Change of Courses Application Form
Step 2
Gather your documents or upload further/ outstanding documents
Step 3
Fill in the application form (Your name, surname, and identity number or passport number must be filled in exactly as they are written in your identity document or passport.) Also, state reasons why you want to terminate your studies.
Step 4
Complete the application form and submit the form to your respective Faculty Office.
Step 5
Pay the payable fee
Note: A student who has already left the university must send the notice by registered post to the registrar’s office, Oral cancellations or cancellations received by fax/telephone/email will not be accepted.
