Core Description

Responsible for provisioning financial administration and high level ME/GE support and office management/ logistics which includes documentation management, report compilation, coordination of events, interface management, giving inputs to and tracking of various reports/ documentation/ issues/ commitments, e.g. budget, productivity targets, performance assessments and leave of ME/ GE’s direct reports, etc. Also accountable for ensuring confidentiality in terms of highly confidential information.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS Relevant diploma/ business related certificate (at least NQF level 6) and EXPERIENCE 5 Years relevant experience, of which 3 years must be in a high level support environment OR QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 (NQF level 4) and EXPERIENCE 7 Years relevant experience, of which 3 years must be in a high level support environment
