Job Description
• Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery details, etc. • Initiate raw material related queries to the suppliers. • Oversee reworked stock in warehouse by booking in and out the stock. • To comply with all ISO 9002 standards. • To comply with all safety regulations of the company. • Perform Final Inspection of new stock and sign the relevant A-Inspection document. • GRN new stock into the system while following correct procedures. • Request COAs and extensions from suppliers when needed. • Carry out cycle counts for all reworked stock in warehouses. • Assist with internal and external audits. • Ad hoc tasks as delegated by Management

Qualifications & Experience
• Matric or NQF equivalent • At least 2 years experience • Diploma in Inventory Management will be an advantage
