PhD tuition fees for all programs are between 1,500 and 2,000.
Arrupe Jesuit University Fees Fact
- Fees are due and payable on enrolment and before commencement of studies
- Part-payment applications can be made through the Bursars office email address: bursar@aju.ac.zw
- At least 50% of tuition fees should be paid before enrollment, and the balance should be paid before the first-semester exam.
- Fees are subject to increase at a rate of 5% per academic year subject to review.
- All payments made should have a name and student number.
- Proof of payments is to be emailed to bursar@aju.ac.zw and copied to accounts@aju.ac.zw

Arrupe Jesuit University Payment Terms And Conditions
- Local and national Zimbabwean students can use ZWL$ payments.
- To maintain the value of studies amidst continually changing government policies, fees paid in ZWL$ will be determined on the day of payment.
- Not meeting the deadline may lead to the withdrawal or deferment of studies until university conditions are fulfilled.
- ALL FINANCIAL CHARGES FOR PAYMENT OF FEES SHOULD BE MADE TO THE PAYER’S ACCOUNT.
Arrupe Jesuit University Financial Aid
This aims to assist students with tuition fees based on fund availability.
A selected committee will evaluate the student’s needs through the submission of relevant documentation and references, awarding financial aid on merit, and, upon application, through the respective office.
AJU’S Scholarships
Arrupe Jesuit University Scholarships will be applied for through the Financial Aid office. These will be awarded based on the sponsor’s set criteria.
