Bell Equipment Vacancy Application Requirements:
- Receiving & Dispatching of Parts including ALL processing
- Pick & Pack parts accurately for Internal & External customers
- Ensure accurate invoicing & signed POD’s are received before handover
- Carry out cycle and stock-counts as and when required
- Ensure admin is well maintained on a daily basis
- Assist with binning of parts into bin sequence
- Ensure racks are cleaned regularly and packed by customer name with all related documents at all times. Use GMNB report to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with returning process of all unwanted parts to the warehouse
- Record and advise supervisor on all aging uncollected parts
- Assist with the follow up on outstanding credits as and when required
- Assist with stock and customer related queries as and when required
- Housekeeping – warehouse and work area to be well kept at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
- ABET Level 4
- Be able to work under pressure
- Excellent Admin & computer Skills ( SAP knowledge will be an advantage)
- Working experience in a stores environment
- Valid code 8 drivers license
