Change of Company’s Name Application Details.
If a company changes its Name, it shall, within twenty-one days thereafter, lodge with the Registrar a notice of that fact, in the prescribed form and manner.
To apply for a change of name, in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the registrar office of your area. Application form for change of name will be available in the office.

Steps on How to Apply for Company’s Change of Name -Zambia
1. Applicant Creates case on for change of name
2. Select method of payment and pay.
3. Supervisor reviews the case and sends it to Registrar for approval.
4. Registrar reviews and approves the case. Upon approval a replacement Business Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation and share capital certificate is generated and sent to the client’s email.
5. There must be provision for reverts if case is missing some vital information.
