Currently we are searching for a Sales Coordinator for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

1. Helping the sales and service team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange / assist with up-to-date sales support material.
2. Preparing onboarding paperwork across all products and assisting with contracts / orders till completion.
3. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales and Service representatives are unavailable to quickly support their customers.
4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, risk, deployments, CIT and finance queries are all handled quickly and efficiently.
5. Making the company’s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
6. Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
7. Assisting with collating data and information and presenting up to date reports to the Regional Manager.
8. Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
9. General administration tasks to support the Regional Manager of the territory.

Requirements of this Post:

1. Matric essential.
2. Tertiary qualification preferable.
3. Previous experience in sales support/coordination/administration.
4. Computer literacy on MS Office.
5. Good team development skills.
6. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
