Currently we are searching for an Executive Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare meeting agenda and packs.
- Collate management reports on a regular basis.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Take minutes of meetings and keep records.
- Provide support, coordination and follow up on a variety of projects.
- Arrange internal and external events, workshops and conferences.
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements both local and international including itineraries.
- Upkeep of company tasks lists.
- Organise and maintain the office filing system
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Prepare and submit reports to CEO.
Requirements of this Post:
- A Business Administration qualification / degree essential.
- Three years’ experience working with senior executives.
- Proven ability to use a variety of multimedia communication tools.
- Advanced skills MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
