Minimum Requirements
Requirements:
- 3 Year Admin Efficiency / Basic Accounting Skills
- Grade 12
- Must be computer literate with sound knowledge of excel.
- People skills
- Must be fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Submit credit note requests to head office and distribute once processed.
- Verify and/or capture outgoing transport transactions.
- Keep and distribute reports and capture the relevant transactions on Syspro.
- Processing of expenses.
- Create proforma invoices and complete border documents as required.
- Rotation of functions within Admin Department.
- Filing of documents.
- Participating in the weekly plant stock take.
- General Administration
