Central University of Technology (CUT) has released the enrollment plan and registration dates for online registrations for the 2024–2025 academic year. and also how to register. We have published all the information below.

 CUT Online Registration

Central University of Technology -CUT Registration Dates: 2024

CUT has opened its online registrations for 2024–2025 studies. Be sure to secure your spot and register as soon as possible.

  1. 2024 First-Year Registrations start on January 24 and end on January 29, 2024.
  2. 2024 seniors, including returning Masters and Doctoral students’ registrations from January 30 to February 2, 2024.
  3. Course control week, late registrations, additions, cancellations, courses, and campus changes, February 5–9, 2024.
  4. New master and doctoral students from January 24 to August 31, 2024.

CUT Online Registration: Step-by-Step Guide

Note this: registration is strictly online.

Below are guidelines on how to begin your registration at the Central University of Technology (CUT).

Step 1.

Check if your institution has the I-enabler (If ‘yes’, Click on the i-enabler link to begin your registration; if ‘no’, start from step 2)

Step 2.

Go to the Central University of Technology (CUT) Registration Portal Via the link below

Step 3.

Insert your student number and 5-digit pin

Step 4.

Click on Login

Step 5.

Navigate to Academic Registration

Step 6.

Click on the Academic Admission Status to ensure that you have an admitted admission status
for the qualification you are registering for. Check also your application decision

Step 7.

Click on Registration Restrictions.

  • Ensure you do not have any restrictions, such as financial, academic, or international.
  • If you do have a restriction, your registration will not go through.
Step 8.

Click on the Rules and Regulations. Your document will be downloaded. Kindly read carefully and
click accept. Once you have accepted the rules and regulations agreement, follow the instructions afterwards.

Step 9. (Final Step)

View, print, or save your proof of registration.

Note: Students will only be allowed to come to the offices if they have serious registration issues. They will then need to complete a COVID-19 health check on the COVID-19 health check app before visiting the offices.

Returning students will be required to use the booking app to book an appointment before visiting a Central University of Technology (CUT) office.

CUT Proof of Registration and how to download

CUT Proof of Registration is available for download on CUT’s i-enabler

Current students are informed that proof of registration is now available to download. The downloaded proof of registration may be used for all formal requests, such as bursaries, medical aids, etc.

Quick steps to download the Proof of Registration

  1. Log in to the iEnabler System
  2. Click on Registration
  3. Click on proof of registration
  4. Click download (or print or Save your Proof of registration)

How to Pay Central University of Technology Registration Fee

There are two types of banking at Central University of Technology, Free State:

  1. Student Banking
  2. Business Banking

Student Banking

Prospective students (national, international), current students, and Alumni of CUT who wish to make a payment on their student account.

No cash on campus during registration periods

No cash will be handled by CUT cashiers during the registration period. Only credit cards, debit cards and cheque payment will be accepted by the University cashiers during this time.
