Data Centrix Job Requirement

- Support business and colleagues in the implementation of technical systems, Software and hardware solutions
- Meeting with clients following the development of software packages to collect data and other information required to customize/configure software systems.
- Responsible for defining and executing the delivery and implementation plans
- Responsible for performing tests and troubleshoots final system setups
- Required to provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Educating clients on how to use developed software systems and system features.
- Responsible for the set-up and installation of software and equipment including servers, work stations, networks etc.
- Available for Onsite projects to work alongside Project Managers, business stakeholders and external vendors
- Communicating with clients throughout the deployment process to obtain feedback and approval.
- Reporting back to project team clients individual needs and specifications.
- Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.

Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
