| Key Responsibility Areas | Conceptualize the need for and value of human resources projects and prepare business cases . Undertakes detailed project planning and development. Manages the implementation of human resources projects. Provides input into human resources organizational policies, procedures and conditions of employment. Facilitates the training and development of employees arising from the Talent Management Process. Manages administrative systems, records, processes and procedures. Manage, develop and monitor the performance and conduct of subordinates. |
| Essential Requirements | Bachelors Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification. Valid motor vehicle drivers license. 4 years relevant experience in generalist human resources management and project management. Computer Literacy. |
| Preferred Requirements | Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Project Management field. 6 years relevant experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management. 2 Years experience in project management in human resources field. |
