GP Consult Job Requirement

• • Attending to all incoming telephonic queries from customers.
  • Co-ordinating credit applications for the branch and customer registrations
  • Stock take, issuing and ordering of stationary and general office duties
  • Attending to the overnight courier items
  • Reconciling dispatch notes and collections
  • Contacting all Customers where information accompanying the samples is incomplete or conflicting with the database and rectifying the incorrect information where necessary.
  • Knowledge of reliability solution products and Generating quotations.
  • Allocating products to customers and generating dispatch notes.
  • Follow up on all outstanding quotes, orders, and queries.
  • Banking as and when required
  • Registration of customer codes

  REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Education – Matric
  • Previous work experience in a sales environment is essential as well as the ability to generate quotes and capture sales
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer liaison skills – ability to liaise at all levels
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and good time management
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Ability to communicate in English required and the knowledge of another South African indigenous language advantageous
