- Enter a New Pin by following the rules below for creating a pin:
1. Pin length must ONLY be 5 numbers long (e.g. 24683) and must not start or end in a zero, 2. Must not contain any alphabetical characters (e.g. Aa369) 3. No spaces allowed in the pin (e.g. 36 302), 4. No adjacent repeating numbers (e.g. 11234) or simple sequences (e.g. 23456) If you have problems accessing your account then contact the Call Centre.
