Mondi Vacancy Application Requirements:
Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for processing customer orders and executing deliveries as per the customer’s request. This person will also ensure that continuous service is delivered by achieving the sales forecast, maintaining correct stock levels and processing complaints.
Education:
Minimum NQF level 6 qualification or studying towards a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a customer services role within a manufacturing environment, handling both pre-sales and after-sales interactions with customers
- Logistics experience (road transport, warehouse and shipping processes) is an advantage
- Experience with SAP is essential (Sales and Distribution module.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take personal initiative to achieve business goals
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge is essential (Sales and Distribution module)
- Must have good interpersonal skills
