According to SASSA, there is no need to rush to withdraw cash on the first day. Once the money is in the account, it will remain there until it is needed.
Note: Sassa makes payments to grant beneficiaries in several ways. This can be done via a grant beneficiary Sassa Card, through Cash Send or directly into a beneficiary’s bank account.
