The Univen myAccess portal is there to help make your Univen learning experience an enjoyable, enriching, and hassle-free one. myACCESS gives students and staff access to the university’s information services. It allows you to:
Register Online
View your results online
View and update your details online

WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR UNIVEN MYACCESS ACCOUNT?
All returning students
How to login to UNIVEN myaccess Account
STEP 1
All applicants are to apply online on the www.univen.ac.za website.
Click on MyAccess, enter your student number and pin, and log in.
STEP 2
Click on Academic Application
STEP 3
Enter Previous Qualification (Not Mandatory)
STEP 4
View and accept the application rules.
STEP 5
Submit Application (Click on the Search button and enter the qualification code)
STEP 6
Click on the qualification to proceed with your application.
STEP 6
Enter qualification Study Choices, then Save and Continue
STEP 7
Application Detail: Click Accept application
Step 8 (LAST STEP)
You will receive the following message: “Your application has been received for further processing: Thank you)
How to Upload documents to the UNIVEN MyAccess account
• Going to My Access Portal
• Login as a Student using your student Number and Pin Go to Student Enquiry, then
• Go to Certificate Seen
• Choose the type of document you want to upload and
• Click on Load/View Document and upload the document.

How to log into your UNIVEN Student Emails
To log into your student email, do the following:
- Your Email address is StudentNumber@mvula.univen.ac.za
- Enter your email, click on forget password, and then follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I reset the UNIVEN Forgotten Student Number or MyAccess Pin?
Follow the link below, and the Department of Information Technology Services will assist you in retrieving your lost student number or MyAccess pin.
The Department of Information and Technology Services will require you to answer security questions.
If you want to update your contact details on My Access,. Please ensure that both the cellphone number and home address are updated. Make sure that your home address is your current place of residence; this will assist the university to communicate with you effectively and courier materials where necessary.
Update your contact details in order to receive SMS updates, Below is steps on how to update contact numbers
- Log on to My access
- Click on student enquiry and double on Personal Contact Details
- click on home tel number
- Enter your contact number and click save
- Click here to logon to myAccess and update your contact details
