Pre-Clerkship Course Assistant—Office Assistant 4 (AESES)
New Budget-Funded Continuing Full-Time
35.00 hours/week Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Salary Range: $23.91 – $32.56 per hour ($43,516.20 – $59,259.20 per annum)
Proposed Start Date: February 26, 2024
Trial/Probation Period: 840.00 work hours
Responsibilities
– Provides support to assigned Course Administrators and is the first point of contact for students experiencing educational issues, contacting faculty as necessary.
– Triage shared Pre-Clerkship email inbox(es), addressing common questions or tasks and escalating to course administrator, faculty, or Program Lead as needed.
– Assists with the organization and preparation of individual course schedules for the Med I or Med II years using the Curriculum Management System. This includes:
– Communicates with faculty regarding their responsibilities as instructors in the Pre-Clerkship component of the UGME program.
– Assists faculty and staff with the use of UGME curriculum delivery systems, i.e., Entrada and classroom response systems.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
– Completion of a formal administrative or office training program from a recognized institution is required.
