Program Administrator, Office Assistant 5 (AESES)
Existing Budget Funded: Continuing Full-Time
35.00 hours/week Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Salary Range: $25.77 – $35.25 per hour ($46,901.40 – $64,155.00 per annum)
Proposed Start Date: March 4, 2024
Trial/Probation Period: 840.00 work hours
Responsibilities
acts as a point of first contact for learners and the public and can handle simple questions or requests independently.
develops and maintains strong working relationships with other staff and key stakeholders outside the department.
– Be able to update the relevant web-based applications or electronic curriculum management system (e.g., Entrada) with current information for the residents and faculty members they support.
responsible for the creation (from start to final release) and updates of the entire master rotations schedule, involving independently scheduling with an extremely high level of complexity and working closely with the Education Director(s) and other required people towards decisions on rotation changes and updates.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
The completion of a formal training program in a related discipline from a recognized institute is required.
