University of Pretoria -UP applications for the current Academic session is open. Therefore, prospective students can apply to study at the above mentioned institution by using the online application system.

Most of the institutions in the University of Pretoria require applicants to pay a non-refundable fee of R350 for citizens and R500 for non-citizens before they can begin any application at the institution, while most don’t.

To ensure a smooth application process at the University of Pretoria -UP, you are to have all the listed documents below to be qualified for admission. Applicants are also required to upload them on the portal during application.

  • Certified ID of the Applicant ID
  • Senior School Certificate or equivalent
  • Proof  of non-refundable fee (If at all you were asked to pay.)

How to Upload Documents for the University of Pretoria -UP Application

As a UP Applicant, you must use your Application Number to log in in order to upload the required application documents. Only log in with your Student Number if you are a current student who needs to upload a copy of your ID document.

Step 2:

Log in to the student portal with your login details and Navigate to “Student Enquiry”

Click on Certificates Seen”

Applicants are to upload the Institution Signed consent form via the student upload document portal link via the link below (can be completed in your language of choice) by no later than October 2024
