ILGS Fees Structure

The official ILGS Fees to be paid by each undergraduate, certificate, diploma and postgraduate programmes student for the 2022/2023 Academic year has been released by the management.

Information about the ILGS fee breakdown, tuition fees booklet, bursaries, loan structure, registration fees, examination fees, residential fees, class fees, fees statement, quotation fees, finance booklet, students fees, payment procedures, funding, banking details and other fees charged for the current academic year.

The minimum amount to be paid in percentage terms before a student can have access to register for the 2022-2023 academic year is as follows:
Academic Registration
  • At least 50% before registration for the First Semester
  • 100% before registration for the Second Semester
Residential Registration
  • 100% before registration for the Semester

The following policies and procedures are applicable to all students who officially register for programmes at the Institution of Local Government Studies Legon -ILGS.

The Institute reserves the right to change fees without prior notice. However, fee changes are subject to approval by the Governing Council and we will update it ASAP.

How to Pay ILGS Fees/Banking Details

1. Visit the Payment Portal via the link below

2. Click on Online payment and then click the Proceed button for making payment.

3. Select state, type of Corporate / Institution -> Educational Institutions

4. Fill all the details.
5. Click on the ‘Submit’ button to verify all the details on the next page and click on ‘Confirm’.
6. The page will display the following options for payments.
Complete your payment using any ATM CARD/DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD / NETBANKING After Completing the transaction, Take the Screenshot /Photo Snap / Print Out and inform the account section of the college.
