The Netcare Education as well as the South African Nursing Council (SANC) online admission application form 2021 is open for prospective candidates that seek admission.

The Netcare Education offers training in association with various private and state hospitals and community facilities, whereby they gain practical experience under the guidance of our Educators as well as Registered Nurses.

How to Apply

Candidates shall be admitted to the program if they have the following: Mathematics level 4 or Mathematics literacy level 5, Physical Science level 4, and Life Science level 4.

In addition to the above requirements, you will need to provide proof of South African Nursing Council (SANC) related forms, and proof of payment to SANC.

Application is made through filling the application form online at the Netcare Education admissions portal or College admission office

What Qualification Do I Need to Become a Nurse?

To qualify as a nurse, you can do one of the following:

  • a four-year bachelor degree in nursing
  • a three-year diploma
  • a one-year higher certificate in auxiliary nursing
  • one-year postgraduate advanced diploma in nursing and midwifery on top of your degree or diploma.
