- Responsible for the below Categories:
Chemicals
Power tools and Pneumatic tools
Electrical
Fasteners
WOW
- Product maintenance on the existing range
- Identify new products within the Categories and reach agreed sales plan in line with divisions marketing plan
- Responsible and accountable for new product launches
- Establish initial quantity and selling prices on new products
- Ensure quality standards are adhered to and evaluate product and document regulatory approvals
- Launch new products countrywide when required
- Manage accreditation of new products with relevant bodies
- Liaise with the group on product assortments and campaigns.
- Recommend future promotions for new products
- Evaluate the performance of promotions on a monthly basis to the Multichannel contact leads.
- Timely submission of promotions to design and Sales Force.
- Supply relevant product information to Marketing Assistant
- Weekly work outs in the field – 2 days per week
- Participate in annual Marketing Strategy Development by:
Working on an annual product plan
Annual Promotional Plan
Focusing on Multichannel product offerings
- Matric Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience within Würth or a related industry
- Excellent analytical skills
- Computer literate – MS office 2010 (Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word)
- Good time management skills
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines driven
- Ability to develop and implement marketing and product concepts
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Successful sales track record
- Successful candidates from outlying areas would need to re-locate at their own expense
- Clear disciplinary record
